We don’t provide them customs documents for any product we sell. The only accompanying document for certain products is the MCO (Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin).

Yes, the Surron Ultra Bee comes equipped with a standard light kit. This includes mirrors, front and rear blinkers, a headlight, brake light, and a license plate holder

We proudly offer worldwide shipping for our bikes, with inventory stored in two dedicated warehouses— one in Utah and the other in China. As many of the brands we carry are Chinese companies manufacturing their products in China, we provide an option for free shipping directly from our Chinese warehouse to your doorstep. The shipping process typically involves a 2-week loading period onto the ship, followed by a 2-week transit to the port in your country, and a final 2-week period for unloading, sorting, and delivery to your door.

We’re here to ensure a seamless warranty process for your bike. To initiate a warranty claim, work directly with us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please provide videos showcasing the issues with your bike, enabling us to accurately diagnose the problem. This visual evidence assists us in identifying the correct replacement part needed. Once diagnosed, we’ll promptly order and send you the replacement part free of charge, ensuring a swift resolution to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Given the nature of our fairly recent products, the probability of a certified local shop being nearby is quite low. However, the good news is that the maintenance required for our products is minimal. Regular tire maintenance and chain upkeep are the primary tasks, and most local bike or motorcycle shops are well-equipped to assist with these areas.
